Borussia Dortmund is the second largest soccer club in Germany and one of the most successful in German soccer history.
The Academy
You will also experience the youth development approach of one of the best youth academies in Germany, Borussia Dortmund. The club believes that having a strong youth academy is the key to success at the senior level and focuses on fostering the growth of their young talent. The club has notably produced World Cup champions in Mario Gotze and Marco Reus, while also graduating many first team players like Christian Pulisic, Nuri Sahin, and Marcel Schmelzer. Come experience first hand the training and philosophy that makes their flagship Under-17 and Under-19 teams so successful in Germany.
The Club
BVB or Dortmund, as the club is referred to for short have won eight German championships, four DFB-Pokals, five DFL Super Cups, one UEFA Champions League, one UEFA Cup Winners' Cup, and one Intercontinental Cup. Some very notable players to come through the ranks of the club are US Men’s National Team player, Christian Pulisic and German phenom, Mario Gotze.

I think going over there is a lot of team camaraderie you can get from these trips, there is a lot of growing up...It was a lot of growth during the trip for the players. I think being in a culture that’s immersed in soccer, the players will never forget that experience.
I would definitely love to repeat it, and I would definitely suggest it to everyone that I know, just because it’s something so amazing and you never get this opportunity again. It’s something that you would dream about doing over and over again, and just something that no one will ever forget.
